emotopowersports ("we", "us") runs an informational catalog of electric motorcycles at emotopowersports.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not sell your personal information.

- Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so we can read and reply to your request. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information.

- OpenStreetMap, CARTO, and OSRM provide map tiles, address search, and routing for the interactive range maps. When you use the address checker, the addresses you enter are sent to these services to look up locations and calculate a route.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (typically up to 14 months in aggregate). Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our records, after which they are deleted.
Your choices and rights
